Is JumpSeat really free?
Yes — completely free for crew, no subscriptions and no ads. It's built by crew, for crew.
Who can join?
JumpSeat is made for airline cabin crew. You pick your airline and role when you sign up, and community tools like reporting and blocking keep the space trusted and crew-focused.
Which airlines are supported?
Crew from any airline can join. At launch we focus on Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, flydubai and Air Arabia — with more being added as the community grows.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your messages are private between you and the person you're chatting with, your account data is protected with industry-standard security, and you can delete your account — and everything with it — anytime from Settings. Read the full Privacy Policy.
How do I get the beta?
Tap "Try the Beta" on your iPhone. Your phone will ask you to install TestFlight first - that's Apple's official app for trying new apps before their App Store release, it's free and takes seconds. Then tap Install next to JumpSeat and you're in. See the picture guide. Android is coming soon — email hello@jumpseatapp.co if you'd like early access.
