2. Information We Collect

• Account info: Name, airline email, airline, role, password.
• Profile info: Bio, photo, interest tags, and optionally your WhatsApp number.
• Content: Posts, comments, photos, and guides you share.
• Location: City check-ins you voluntarily add. We do not track you automatically.
• Usage data: Anonymised and aggregated — how features are used.
• Device info: Device type and OS for troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account and profile.
• Show your posts and activity to other verified crew members.
• Show relevant crew deals based on your location.
• Send service notifications if opted in.
• Verify your cabin crew status via airline email.
• Improve the platform using anonymised data.
• Respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

4. WhatsApp Number

Providing your WhatsApp number is entirely optional. If added, it is visible to verified JumpSeat members only. You can remove it at any time. We do not use it for any other purpose.

5. Sharing Your Information

• Other members: Your profile and posts are visible to verified crew.
• Service providers: Trusted partners who help run the platform, bound by data agreements.
• Legal: Where required by law.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise any right contact privacy@jumpseatapp.co.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.

JumpSeat is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using JumpSeat you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

JumpSeat is exclusively for cabin crew and flight attendants aged 18 or over with a valid airline email address.

3. Your Account

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Do not share your account or create multiple accounts.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. User Content

You own your content. By posting you grant JumpSeat a licence to display it on the platform. You agree not to post content that is false, hateful, illegal, or violates others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. WhatsApp Number Sharing

If you share your WhatsApp number it will be visible to all verified members. JumpSeat is not a party to any WhatsApp conversations and accepts no liability for them.

6. Crew Deals

Deals are provided by third-party businesses. JumpSeat does not guarantee their accuracy or availability. Disputes must be resolved directly with the partner business.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No harassment, threats or abuse of other users.
• No impersonation of any person or entity.
• No scraping or unauthorised data collection.
• No posting of confidential airline information.
• No spam, pyramid schemes or unsolicited promotions.

8. Disclaimers

JumpSeat is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for user-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JumpSeat shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
